I believe anyone who is shopping for Tonic herbs should give yours a try. If people had access to good quality herbal products I believe they would use them more. Ginseng is very popular, and it is very difficult to find a good ginseng product. In the past 20 years I have personally tried hundreds of different ginseng products. Most had little effect. Or if they had an effect, it was speedy. From ginseng teas to tonics. It was not until I started sourcing whole old roots and making my own teas that I really saw the true spirit of this plant.
As far as your prepared rehmannia goes, it is the largest, and most moist I have encountered. This is a tonic that is not nearly as popular as ginseng, and therefore a good quality product is especially difficult to locate. Many are old and dried out by the time it reaches a consumer in the US.”
